Phillip House is fully accredited and recognised as one of the leading Residential Aged Care centres in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Located in the attractive suburb of Waverley, its proximity to shops, banks and cafes as well as Bronte Beach and Bondi Junction make it easily accessible by public transport. Phillip House is an attractive 70 bed two-story centre with ocean glimpses from the first floor lounge area. A passenger lift services all levels of the centre allowing easy access for all residents.

Accommodation is predominantly in well-appointed single or twin room configurations. There are numerous courtyard areas especially suited to alfresco dining.

Complementary therapies have long been an important part of our philosophy of holistic care. The therapies offered are remedial massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and music therapy.

We also have a Physiotherapist to provide initial assessment and evaluation and a Physio Aid to deliver exercises. Optometrist, Speech Pathologist, Podiatrist, Audiologist, Occupational Therapist and Dietician are also in attendance when required.

Phillip House practices its philosophy of Continuous Improvement through a well-established Quality Assurance Program. All staff, residents and relatives are welcome and encouraged to participate in this program.
