During the last 9 and half years I worked for a group of Retirement Villages within the Food Service division. During this period I held a variety of roles including Menu Development, Account Management supporting over 50 clients within NSW and advancing to Operations Manager with SummitCare.

The role of Operations Manager encompasses leading a team and maintaining and monitoring high standards within all areas of the centre. I am committed to providing peace of mind to Residents and their Relatives at St Marys Gardens by delivering quality care and services.

As Operations Manager at St Marys Gardens my focus is on the continuous quality improvement of systems that impact both on the Residents and Staff Members, thereby promoting and supporting SummitCare's vision of 'Working together to provide peace of mind'.

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Certificate IV in Front Line Management
• Diploma in Business Management
