Sadie Burling

Sadie Burling - Group Manager, Accommodation Services re joined SummitCare in 2007 following a 2 year break working outside of the health Industry.

Sadie has worked in the Health Care Industry for over 35 years in a variety of positions.  The last 20 years has been predominantly in senior management positions both in the Acute Care Sector, Private and Aged Care Sector.

Sadie’s qualifications include a Masters in Health Management, Bachelor of Health Science (nursing), Child and Family Health Certificate, First line Management Certificate.  Sadie is a Certified Midwife, Registered Nurse and a quality assessor.

Sadie’s role is to ensure that Clinical Governance is integral in the SummitCare services and that the standards surrounding the care of our residents is maintained and continually improved upon.  Sadie is available to provide support and advice to staff across all services and to ensure that best practice is upheld to enable a positive impact on the residents and their families that access our services.
