Stephanie Elliott, Operations Manager, is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Aged Care. She has spent 15 years in the Aged Care Industry with the last 11 year in senior management positions such as Director of Care, Director of Nursing and Regional Manager.

Stephanie has previous experience and accountability in the management of a range of services providing Low and High Care Residential Services, Dementia Specific Residential Services, Transitional Care, Flexible Respite Services, Veterans Home Care, EACH Packages, CACP Packages, Respite Houses and Supported Disability Employment Programs.  She has had specific experience in commissioning new residential services, implementing new community aged care packages and EACH packages and commissioning respite programs. She also has had 2 years experience as the Director of Care for an Aboriginal Service where she had direct responsibility for high and low care residential services and respite services. Stephanie has had extensive experience in the provision of Dementia Care and care to financially and socially disadvantaged clients. She has provided services to a range of individuals who were financially disadvantaged, both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal and has demonstrated abilities in the establishment of new services, recruitment of appropriate staff, training and the development and implementation of service business and quality plans.
