Summit Star Program

Summit Star is SummitCare's staff recognition program, and is now in its 4th year. The program rewards staff who have shone in three categories.

Exceptional Care & Service - Nominated by residents, relatives or visitors, this award is designed to recognise staff who exceed expectations by "going beyond" the average in providing exceptional care and service.

Upholding Our Culture - This award is to identify when and where staff actively live out our culture. It can be nominated by staff, managers, residents, relatives or visitors.

Leadership in Action - This award can be for supervisors, team leaders or managers, and is to recognise excellent team leadership.

Summit Star winners are rewarded with a certificate, badge and gift voucher, and go into the draw to win the annual category award, presented at the annual recognition event.

If you wish to nominate a Summit Star, you can either submit your nomination online, or pick up a nomination form from one of our centres.
