SummitCare is a family-owned business that has supported the community for generations. Since we began in 1966 as a solitary nursing home in Sydney, caring for the individual needs of older people with warmth and professionalism has been our aim.
More than 50 years later, our residents and customers remain our primary focus. We blend our family values with corporate excellence to deliver the best in person-centred care. Our team member’s work with doctors, allied health professionals and many others to provide support that meets an individual’s specific clinical needs and lifestyle choices.

To make it as enjoyable as possible for our customers and their families and loved ones, we offer a range of services from in-home care, respite care, adult day centres and residential care through to dementia and palliative care programs.
SummitCare’s success and growth means we can proudly offer a portfolio of nine nursing homes throughout Sydney and Newcastle in NSW, with a new centre at Baulkham Hills to open in 2017. Additionally, SummitCare HomeCare provides support for people in their own home, offering a full range of services to enable them to live comfortably, with independence.
