As you grow older, you may need some support to live at home and enjoy your independence. Perhaps it’s just a little thing – you’d like someone to mow your lawn. Or, maybe you require a Registered Nurse in your home 24 hours a day, or a carer who visits every day to provide companionship, personal care and domestic assistance.

Our SummitCare in-home aged care services in Sydney offer person-centred care that is tailored to your lifestyle. You have control over which services you receive and when they are delivered. Our experienced and qualified professionals take the time to understand your unique needs. From there, you can then choose from our comprehensive range of in-home aged care and support services throughout the Sydney area. If necessary, you can add more services over time.

We provide you with a dedicated Support Manager who will ensure you receive the highest standard of care from your in-home aged care service. In most cases, the same carer will visit you every time. Each of our SummitCare HomeCare team members are qualified carers to Certificate III or IV level, or are a Registered Nurse. We invest significant resources in team training and following strict procedures aligned with the relevant government legislation.

Importantly, you will remain in the home you love, enjoying the activities and social connections that are important to you – relaxed in the knowledge you have our support to make this happen.
