"My mother has been a resident at Summitcare Waverley since September 2016. Hers was a crisis situation and we were grateful for her admission on 24 hours notice. It took a while for her to adjust, but she has since formed friendships with many other residents and grown to rely on the staff for her well being. I'm there at least weekly, and when I'm not, the RN and other key employees keep me informed of any issues or changes. I know that she is safe and cared for in my absence, and that's very reassuring."
