SummitCare regularly receives wonderful feedback from those we support, as well as their family and friends. Here is a small sample of what our families say about us.
We wish to say a huge thank you for the amazing care, respect and dignity that you all offered Kathleen in her short time with you. She, and us, were so lucky to have such beautiful people looking after us. We miss your smiling faces and our chats... But Kathleen is at peace.
"Being a very emotional time, having our parents age and become fragile, the decision to find accommodation for our loved ones can be very difficult. The entire team at SummitCare Smithfield have been very accommodating, helpful, informative and understanding. Communication is always open and very regular. I’m extremely grateful for their care and help with my dad."
"SummitCare lives up to their motto, which is Warmth, Worth and Wellbeing. That is what I see every day. That is exactly what my parents are experiencing. I think they do a fantastic job with the care of the people here, and I wouldn't have them here if I thought it was any other way. I also feel the staff here are all wonderful people. Wonderful, caring people."
"My mother has been a resident at Summitcare Waverley since September 2016. Hers was a crisis situation and we were grateful for her admission on 24 hours notice. It took a while for her to adjust, but she has since formed friendships with many other residents and grown to rely on the staff for her well being. I'm there at least weekly, and when I'm not, the RN and other key employees keep me informed of any issues or changes. I know that she is safe and cared for in my absence, and that's very reassuring."
To the General Manager, Kelli, and all the caring and compassionate staff who looked after Les during his stay at SummitCare - we would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks. Thank you also to the chef who prepared the tasty meals which he always enjoyed!
To the whole team at SummitCare Liverpool - on behalf of my Mum (who now rests in peace) and myself we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the care, love and compassion you gave mum. I would also like to give special thanks to the nurses that have cared for her over the past three years. Such love and respect.
“I've been working for Summitcare for the past 5 years, not a day that I regret. The staff and management are welcoming, compassionate and friendly. Never a dull moment at work. Friendly atmosphere where all our residents are cared with love and dignity. The staff are rewarded -.the home is kept clean at all times inside and out. Our lovely residents have the privileged to be entertained by several artists which bring them joy and happiness. The list goes on and on, my experience with Summitcare is at the highest level."
To the management, nursing staff and all servicers at SummitCare Waverley. I appreciated the support I was given by staff, thank you all. Thank you for the exceptional care for Bob during his 3 years as a resident. I can't speak highly enough of you all. Your constant pursuit of excellence is a credit to you and certainly impacts on the residents. Thanks again, Maureen
The staff are friendly, caring and always willing to help.
It's an incredibly thankless task that you do but it has meant so much to our family and to Grandma
