I would like to thank all the staff that looked after my father. While he was a resident only for a while, it felt like a home. The moment we stepped through the doors we knew this was the place to be.
I am enormously grateful for the wonderful care that my mum is receiving. My mum is in pain most of the time but the generosity of your professional staff make her stay more tolerable and the genuine compassion is beyond extraordinary. Thank you.
We would like to convey to SummitCare HQ our appreciation of the tremendous effort that has been made and continues to be made by the staff at Randwick SummitCare during the COVID-19 restrictions.
Our family's chief concern has been maintaining communication with and about our mother, Beverley.
Administration staff (esp. Kyle, Sonja, and Michelle) have been fully accommodating and very patient with our frequent requests for telephone and video sessions with Mum, even at short notice.
The nursing staff (Michelle, Amy, Josiebel, Cameron, Carolyn, and others whose names elude me at the moment) have likewise shown all cooperation in facilitating both video and telephone conversations with Mum, and where necessary have been gently encouraging. At those times when Mum does not wish to talk, all staff have taken the time to bring us up to date with her condition/behaviour/moods etc.
Our gratitude for all efforts by the staff in keeping the channels of communication open comes into greater relief against the background of media coverage into the unsatisfactory state of affairs at other Aged Care facilities in the state, and particularly their poor communication with families, and their unsatisfactory provisions for communication. between residents and their families.
Thank you SC Randwick.
Thank you for the opportunity to see Mum through SummitCare initiative of the 'Windows of love'. When we saw Mum that day and saw how well she looked it was if a burden was lifted off our shoulders.
The staff are working hard to keep your residents well and safe. It is appreciated.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for the exceptional care and compassion shown to our mother while she was in your care. Our mother was very happy there and also said the staff were wonderful.
My parents are very happy at Summitcare Liverpool – I think all the staff are STARS!
Both my parents are at Summitcare Liverpool and I couldn't be happier with their care or the services provided there.
It's an incredibly thankless task that you do but it has meant so much to our family and to Grandma
I am one of Jean McIlveens 6 granddaughters and I wanted to pass on my heartfelt thanks for the care you took of my Grandmother for the last 5 years. I live in Brisbane so didn't get to visit as much as i did when i was in Sydney and she was living at home with Jack but every time I came I was impressed with the level of care and personal care your staff took of her and of my Mother - Sandra Lane.
To the whole team at SummitCare Liverpool - on behalf of my Mum (who now rests in peace) and myself we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the care, love and compassion you gave mum. I would also like to give special thanks to the nurses that have cared for her over the past three years. Such love and respect.
To the General Manager, Kelli, and all the caring and compassionate staff who looked after Les during his stay at SummitCare - we would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks. Thank you also to the chef who prepared the tasty meals which he always enjoyed!
SummitCare lives up to their motto, which is Warmth, Worth and Wellbeing. That is what I see every day. That is exactly what my parents are experiencing. I think they do a fantastic job with the care of the people here, and I wouldn't have them here if I thought it was any other way.
