Glenn joined SummitCare in 2017, bringing more than 25 years of senior financial leadership to the organization. As CFO, he oversees SummitCare’s financial strategy and IT functions, ensuring the business is positioned for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Glenn has navigated diverse and complex industries—including healthcare, retail, and transportation—ranging from fast-paced SMEs to large multinational corporations. He is highly regarded for his ability to build strong, cross-functional partnerships and develop high-performing teams that align financial objectives with corporate vision. His broad expertise spans strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and IT management.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
