Why did you join SummitCare?
I was really attracted to the culture and values of SummitCare.
What’s your favourite part of being a member of SummitCare?
What I really enjoy is being able to provide holistic care to our residents and supporting my team.
What is your current occupation? (did you start in another role in SummitCare)
I started at SummitCare as a registered nurse and have progressed to Assistant Manager Care and Wellbeing.
What do you love most about working in Aged Care?
I love delivering the best quality care possible to care for our residents and their families.
Who Inspires you?
Manager Care Wellbeing - Maria Buenaventura. She always teaches me the right thing and is always available to answer all my questions.
If you could choose anyone as a mentor - who would you choose and why?
Our GM Michael and MCW Maria. They always work to continuously bring out the best in me.
What’s one thing, either industry-related or not, you learned in the last month?
I learnt to handle a situational crisis calmly, with patience and with understanding of the people around me.
What’s something about you (a fun fact) that not many people know?
I have good time management skills.
What is your favourite hobby?
Cooking and spending time with my family.

I love watching Hindi shows on Netflix.
