Jeanine has over 15 years’ experience as a passionate Generalist Human Resources Practitioner, with a focus on both operational and strategic human resources management, both local and Global, working across a number of industries– travel, retail, telecommunications, insurance, shipping and healthcare. She has managed the employee life cycle from recruitment, induction and onboarding, performance management, engagement as well as talent and succession planning within diverse work environments, been a member of the Senior Management Team in a number of her last roles where she developed the people initiatives in line with the 5-year business plan, lead change programs and acted as a business partner across all levels of business. Always delivering the best solutions for the businesses she has been a part of with a ‘can do’ attitude to achieve and succeed. Jeanine has successfully completed a Master of Science – Human Resources Development, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business (Professional Management). Her emphasis is integrating SummitCare’s core Values into people strategies which serve SummitCare’s core purpose.
